Porta Nuova / Garibaldi is well served by public transport: 2 underground lines (M2 and M5), the railway link and the high-speed rail line. Piazza Gae Aulenti, with Unicredit’s headquarters, represents Milan’s modern side with a park – the tree library – in which people can go to do jogging or sunbathe, and a skyline of skyscrapers and glass buildings where many multinationals are headquartered. It is also worth mentioning on one side of Piazza Gae Aulenti, Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi with clothes stores, cafes and art galleries, and further along Brera, and on the other side of the square Isola, an alternative and underground district.
